The Tamale Metropolitan Assembly will join the rest of the country and indeed the world over to celebrate this year’s World AIDS Day which falls on 1st December every year.
Logistics including test kits for the exercise have since been deployed across all six (6) out of ten (10) beneficiary Senior High Schools in the metropolis. They include GHANASCO, VITTIN SHS, Ideal College, Bisco, Tamale Girls and Ambariyya Senior High School.
Qualified Health care professionals will, tomorrow, be assigned to each of the accredited centers including the Assembly premises to administer the voluntry testing and to provide counseling services.
