Chief of Chanzeni, Amadu Awal adjudged overall best farmer for the Tamale Metropolis for 2023.
Speaking at the well attended program, today at Fooshegu , the guest of honor, Hon Sule Salifu (Mayor of Tamale ) admonished all, particularly the youth to go in to farming and to take full advantage of government policy initiative of planting for food and jobs so as to Improve their economic well-being being .
This year’s celebration,the 39th in the series , was under the theme: “Delivering Smart Solutions for Sustainable Food Security and Resilience “
