EU DELEGATION PAID COURTESY CALL ON THE MAYOR OF TAMALE

The EU ambassador to Ghana, HE Irchad Razaaly, led EU delegation to pay a courtesy call on the Mayor of Tamale, Hon. Sule Salifu.

According to the ambassador, his delegation is on a working tour of EU funded project sites in the Metropolis and beyond.

Mr Irchad hinted plans to visit a number of Shea butter processing centres, beneficiary institutions of TVET, Small scale entrepreneurs among other areas of concern.

Receiving the delegation, the mayor, Hon Sule Salifu described as phenomenal, the contribution of EU to our development efforts.

He was happy to note that the interventions have so far made significant impact on the quality of lives of our people.

He however appealed for a lot more support even as steps are being taken to strengthen the ties and deepen collaboration at both bilateral and multilateral levels of cooperation
