The Mayor of Tamale, Hon Sule Salifu has commended the EP Church, Ghana for their dedication to fostering spiritual growth, promoting Christian values and engaging in charitable endeavors including provision of critical social services in most of our communities. He was particularly grateful for their role in initiating plans and processes to complement government’s efforts at addressing the devastating impact of climate change in the country.
Hon Sule noted that the EP Church has demonstrated commitment in the area of empowering communities to help guarantee climate change adaptation and ultimately achieving Sustainable Development Goal 13.
The Mayor said this in an address read for him at the 26th Annual National Delegates Conference of the men’s fellowship of the EP Church ,Ghana which is underway in Tamale. This year’s conference is under the theme:“Revive Us Again O Lord, Heal and Restore Us,”.
