Official inauguration of the Fire and Police Assistance officers Held at the Regional Fire and Police Service Headquarters .

The Regional Fire and Police Service Headquarters in Tamale held a formal ceremony to inaugurate a new cohort of Fire and Police Assistance Officers, marking the commencement of their service within the Police and fire emergency response system.



‎The event was graced by the presence of the Honourable Mayor of Tamale, Alhaji Adam Abubakari Takoro, who joined senior police and fire service officials, community leaders, and members of the public to celebrate this important milestone.



‎In the Mayor’s address, he commended the newly appointed officers for choosing a path of service and bravery, and encouraged them to remain dedicated, disciplined, and professional in the discharge of their duties. He emphasized the critical role they will play in protecting lives and property and contributing to the overall safety and resilience of the Tamale Metropolis and beyond.



‎Recognizing the significance of the occasion, the Mayor also assured the new officers of the government’s commitment to their welfare and professional development. He pledged to work closely with relevant authorities to support efforts aimed at securing permanent placement for the officers within the Ghana National Fire Service and the Ghana Police Service.



‎The inauguration ceremony symbolized not only the beginning of the officers’ careers but also a renewed commitment to improving fire and emergency services in the region.
